- North Taylor St. started Monday, February 20, 2012
- Sewer installation complete
- Stormwater installation complete
- Franchise utility installation complete
- Work on sidewalk lids on the East side of North Taylor St.
- Remaining gap in the new sidewalk finished in about 4 weeks (waiting for a freight hatch)
- Work on sidewalk lids on the West side of North Taylor St.
- Start 3/20/2012
- Lid removal complete
- Constructing footings in tunnels – complete
- Installation of Structural Steel Beams – 4/17/2012 to 5/3/2012
- Sidewalks finished 5/31/2012
- Work on Washington Street/Taylor Street Intersection
- Grading for subgrade complete
- Pouring concrete crosswalks in late May
- Phase 2 (3/6/2012 – 4/27/2012)
- Sidewalks complete
- Trees to be installed in June
- Phase 3 (5/21/2012 – 6/15/2012)
- Relites – chip off concrete/asphalt to expose relites is complete.
- Lid removal at the Public House to start the week of 5/21/2012 or 5/28/2102
- Phase 4 (3/12/2012 – 6/29/2012)
- Franchise utility installation complete
- Work on sidewalks/sidewalk lids
- Lid removal complete
- Remove at grade sidewalks complete
- Buildup of the roadway retaining walls along Building 25 (Admiralty Apartments) and Building 40 (Surf Restaurant) started the week of 4/23/2012
- Lid removal for the Hastings Building to start on Tuesday or Wednesday the week of 4/30/2012
- Start grading to pour curbs – 4/25/2012
- At grade sidewalks finished end of May
- Wood decking finished in June
- Utility Service Conversions
- Utility providers will pull underground wires the week of 6/4/2012
- Building services connected to underground utilities the week of 6/4/2012 and 6/11/2012
