  • North Taylor St. started Monday, February 20, 2012
  • Sewer installation complete
  • Stormwater installation on the North side of Taylor St. complete
  • Franchise utility installation
    • Start 2/28/2012
    • Finish 4/3/2012
  • Work on sidewalk lids on the East side of North Taylor St.
    • Start 2/28/2012
    • Pouring the concrete curb starting 3/26/2012
    • Sidewalks finished 4/16/2012
  • Work on sidewalk lids on the West side of North Taylor St.
    • Start 3/20/2012
    • Lid removal 3/22/2012 (starting at Washington St. and moving towards Water St.) – Individual doorway will be closed for 3-4 hours for removal of sidewalk and placement of temporary wooden bridges.
      • Lehani’s, Kitsap Bank and Hanazono Asian Noodle Monday am.
      • Baker Building Tuesday AM.
    • Sidewalks finished 4/25/2012
  • Work on Washington Street/Taylor Street intersection starting 3/26/2012
    • Concrete pouring for half the intersection 3/29/2012

• Phase 2 (3/6/2012 – 3/22/2012)
  • Sidewalks
    • Pouring sidewalk next week (3/26 – 3/30)

• Phase 3
  • Relites – chip off concrete/asphalt to expose relites (3/26-3/30)

• Phase 4 (3/12/2012 – 5/24/2012)
  • Franchise utility installation
    • Start 3/12/2012
    • Finish 4/3/2012
  • Work on sidewalks/sidewalk lids
    • Continue Lid removal (both sides south end)
    • Continue on grade sidewalk removal
    • Sidewalks finished end of May
